John Agnew sadly passed away on Sunday, 18th May, 2025. John owned a Real Estate agency in Fremantle before coming to live in Margaret River. He has been a long time member of the Veteran’s group, first playing with us around 1997.
He won the Veterans Championship in 2004 and 2005 and was Captain of the Veterans in 2008. John was always happy when he won the OBE on a Tuesday, but strangely was never happy when he won the chocolate.
John always enjoyed playing with us and was happy to help out when he could. He will be sadly missed.
