Damage and Cleaning Policy

To ensure that incoming guests enjoy the same amenities and experiences as yourselves, you will be held responsible for the cost of repairing any damage, for excess cleaning or for items that need replacement.

One of our most common problems is dogs tearing up the reticulation.

You are expected to wash dishes and cooking utensils. If your accommodation is left in a state that requires more than one hours cleaning then you will be charged an additional cleaning fee at a rate of $50 per hour.

The cleaners require entry after 10am on the departure date, if they have to wait to gain entry then you may be charged at a rate of $50 per hour. Unfortunately “Late Checkout” is not possible due to contract cleaning commitments.

The cost incurred by any of these events will be charged to your credit card.

Acceptance of this booking, means that you accept this policy.
