Cancellation Policy

Deposits will not be refunded for bookings made for Peak Periods unless we can fully rebook the time period. You will then be refunded your deposit, less any administration costs.

For all other bookings, cancellations need to be made at least 1 month prior to arrival date.

Cancellations made after this time will forfeit their deposit, or incur a charge for the first night, unless we are able to rebook the period of time.

Bookings made through third parties are subject to the cancellation policies of those sites.
