Most long weekends are normal rates, but 3 day minimums (* discounted price does not apply on Long Weekends).

We are happy to accomodate guests with “Electric Cars” who wish to charge their cars overnight. Research has determined that the cost to us is around $10 per night of charging so you will be charged this amount on top of the normal rates.

This is a wonderful place for a stay in Margaret River. My dog, Barney was doing some sheepdog training at a farm down the road. We had the most wonderful time, the trees, birds, beach and of course sheep. Couldn't ask for a better place to stay.Yvonne (and Barney)

Perfect spot for your stay in Margs. Dog enjoyed the big secure backyard. Lovely and clean. The wood heater is super relaxing in winter with a red wine. Have stayed here many times and look forward to the next time.

Lovely base for exploring the Margaret River Region.Hosts were lovely, studio was clean, private and had a lovely fenced yard for our polar bear (30kg Groodle).Will happily stay again@April_that_floof

Great farm cottage, wonderful bird life to enjoy. Love the Guinea Fowl. Amazing view of sunset through the trees. Great area for walking our dog, with secure garden area. Very clean and well appointed. Close to MR township and wineries. Highly recommend.

Amazing location and value for money. The room is a lot bigger than expected, making the stay very nice and private. The staff were just so lovely. Super comfortable room, which was very accomodating for our week long stay!

Wonderfully well situated for Margaret River region exploring. Dog friendly. Owners very accommodating.Note for couples and no children. Stayed in cottage very clean and much larger than their photos suggest.
